All products purchased through Betterworldfragrancehouse.co/ are final sale. Betterworldfragrancehouse.co/ does not accept returns of or exchanges for purchased product, nor can any placed orders be canceled. Orders cannot be canceled, changed or modified once placed. We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you received an incorrect item, defective or damaged item so that we may evaluate the issue and work with you to resolve the issue. Any such issues must be reported to Betterworldfragrancehouse.co/ to our Customer Service Team at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days after you have received your shipment. Please provide our Customer Service Team with photographs of any issues with your order, including damaged product or incorrect items, along with a copy of the packing slip or other documentation included with your delivery by our team.
We recommend that you confirm your personal information, including your credit card and shipping address, name, phone number, credit card details and product choices, before you place your order. We are not responsible if you enter incorrect personal details nor are we able to accommodate address or product changes once an order has been placed.
WHEN SUBMITTING ANY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION TO THE WEBSITE, YOU ARE REPRESENTING AND WARRANTING THROUGH THAT TRANSACTION THAT YOU HAVE THE LEGAL RIGHT TO USE THAT CREDIT CARD OR ANY OTHER PAYMENT METHOD YOU ARE USING IN CONNECTION WITH THE TRANSACTION. YOU ARE FURTHER AUTHORIZING Betterworldfragrancehouse.co/ AND SHOPIFY TO TRANSMIT INFORMATION OR OBTAIN INFORMATION ABOUT YOU FROM THIRD PARTIES FROM TIME TO TIME, WHICH MAY INCLUDE VERIFICATION CHECKS TO CONFIRM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION AND TO AUTHENTICATE YOUR IDENTITY.
We may restrict the quantity you can order for certain products that are in high demand or which are part of a limited release; these capped quantities will be noted on the product page for the item on our website, Betterworldfragrancehouse.co/. Items cannot be reserved or otherwise saved by holding them in your website shopping cart and may sell out before you complete your purchase. We process orders in the order that they are received by Betterworldfragrancehouse.co/.
Only one promotional code can be used with each order placed. There may be restrictions on the eligibility for any promotional code and such codes must be used under the terms and conditions upon which they have been issued. Any order submitted that uses an ineligible promotional code or more than one promotional code is subject to cancellation by Betterworldfragrancehouse.co/.
We have made every effort to fairly and correctly describe the products listed on the Website, including providing reasonably accurate photographs and images. The actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, screen, graphics card, and other componentry. We understand that scent is an individualized experience, so we have provided detailed scent notes for all fragrance products. Descriptions, images, references, features, specifications, products, product prices and other content described or displayed on the Website may change at any time without notice. Volume and weight amounts are provided for convenience and are approximate.
All prices are displayed in United States Dollars unless expressly indicated otherwise. Forms of payment accepted by Betterworldfragrancehouse.co/ include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Shop Pay.
If payment has already been made by you for your order and your order is canceled (in part or in full) by Betterworldfragrancehouse.co/ for any reason, including but not limited to unavailable inventory or our inability to authorize your chosen payment method, we will process your refund to the form of the payment you provided. Such refund will either be for that portion of the order that is canceled or the entire order if all of it must be canceled.
When you place an order with Betterworldfragrancehouse.co/, we will provide you with confirmation receipt by electronic mail for your records. When your order is processed and ships out from our shipping facility, Betterworldfragrancehouse.co/ will provide you with the tracking number for your shipment by separate electronic mail (e.g., an additional e-mail after you place your order). The form of payment that you provided when placing your order will be charged by Betterworldfragrancehouse.co/ when your order is processed for shipping, however, a pending hold may be placed on your form of payment by the issuing bank or payment company at the time you place the order.
Order processing and delivery takes approximately 6-10 business days to reach continental United States destinations. Business days do not include weekend days or holidays. Customers with non-contiguous United States addresses, namely Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, may also take longer to receive shipments. Please be advised that we do not presently ship to domestic Post Office Box addresses or domestic addresses located in APO/FPO, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana, and American Samoa. These timelines are provided for information purposes only and can lengthen at times when there is increased demand, including during the holidays, after product launches and limited product releases, re-stocking events, as well as during promotions.
We further note that carrier requirements and weather conditions can impact estimated delivery timelines. By example, we are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by or delayed by air-ground transportation strikes and delays, customs delays, weather events or other natural occurrences, and transfers from domestic carriers to international carriers.
Please note that we ship to select international destinations subject to the localities identified below, which will all have unique shipping timelines based on the delivery window and availability offered by our international shipping vendor(s). We reserve the right to decline orders (or cancel orders) that are placed with delivery addresses that are at Post Office boxes or that are from a country that is not within our international shipping territory.
